Jorj Wilfrid, raised in Tokyo, absorbed the cultures of New York and Paris from an early age due to his family's exposure to the NFL, hip-hop, US cartoons, and art.
In college, he delved into linguistics, exploring not only language but also human nature. His studies deepened his appreciation for how language enriches existing elements and transforms them into something new, prompting reflection on fundamental human needs like food, clothing, and shelter.
Reflecting on his career path, he discovered a passion for blending diverse cultural influences. Tokyo, with its intricate mix of tradition and foreign elements, revealed itself to him as a unified masterpiece, enriching his global perspective.

At first glance, Tokyo seemed to be a complicated mixture of tradition and foreign cultures. He later realized that this mixture is the beauty of the city and that it is akin to a total artwork. The different elements appear distinct but are interconnected, forming a cohesive whole.

Jorj Wilfrid has a deep interest in gravity and puts effort into each piece he creates by hand. For him, gravity symbolizes a dialogue between himself and color, and he explores ways to create attraction between his work and its viewers.
This gravitational force originates from the emotions he experiences in daily life and is expressed through his art.
Color, for him, represents human diversity and interaction; even though each person has different thoughts and appearances, they work together to sustain everyday life.
Humans are solitary beings, but it is precisely this solitude that enables them to cooperate.
Through his work, he expresses the strength of human life.
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Jorj Wilfrid believes that photography transcends mere recording, capturing fleeting moments and preserving their embedded meaning and beauty for eternity.
His passion for black and white photography stems from his belief that it stimulates creativity in viewers.
Due to its simple color palette, black and white photography allows for diverse interpretations, enabling viewers to perceive images in ways that may differ from the photographer's intent, with each interpretation being respected.
Thus, monochrome photography reflects the diverse perspectives and sensitivities of humans, resonating with their individuality and uniqueness.
